The complex takes the name of grandmother Lice and is inspired by the Genoese culture.
Designed to enjoy relaxation and tranquility , it is immersed in the green hills among the stone walls typical of the area.
It has 6 apartments and an outdoor area with swimming pool, solarium and kitchen.
The apartments equipped with all comforts bear the names of Genoese Levante wines:

Villa lice is located in Verici , a hilly area behind Sestri Levante surrounded by greenery and sun halfway between Portofino and the Cinque Terre .
At Villa Lice the tradition of the area is carried on, Verici is the owner of an ancient tradition: the wine culture that produces the typical "Bianchetta" grown on Genoese terraces with stone walls.
Verici's "Bianchetta" already at the end of the 19th century obtained important international awards such as the 1893 exhibition of the Principality of Monaco or 1881 Genoa.
